Well, I just did all this stuff that you told me to.....that I never had to do before. it worked....ONCE. I go to the next agenda to edit and NO SAVE button.

please don't tell me I have to jump through these privacy hoops every time I need to edit an agenda. or clear my stinking cookies.

This seems to be a problem with the system NOT my computer.

I really need to get this work done and not have to dink around with all these troubles that have suddenly come up.

and by the way, I'm not an idiot, I clearly found your support button......it's all the signing in and my name and the clubs password and validating and what else can you ask me to do just to ask you a question?? If I'm signed in as admin, really???? why can't I just ask a question?

The support site is completely different from the toastmastersclubs.org club server, there is no cross over, and that is for security reasons.

1) are you logging in as the site admin or as the VP Ed.?

2) What browser and version are you using?

Dana,

I have 8.1 and IE11.

So far I can not replicate what you are seeing.

Can I get a screen shot?

Oh drat Roger....I'll try. I don't do that very often so I may not remember how!

When you are signed in as admin, meeting agendas, pick a date of a meeting agenda, then click the "edit" button so you can change who's filling what role, all that.......you get a small screen pop up and right there at the bottom there is a "save" & "close" button.

I followed all the above directions, which I never had to do before, and it worked....on one date. When I went to the next date to edit, no save or close.

It worked just fine yesterday.

Thank you and I'll see if I can get a shot of it.

Dana,

I am only documenting here for future members who encounter the same issue.

Dana sent screen shots, the second after a full restart.

Dana is using Windows 8.1 IE11.

My belief is that IE11 or 8.1 is resizing windows randomly, as I also have that problem when using 8.1

So, for future members that cannot see the Save and Close buttons on the agenda editor screen, check your screen size first.
