Prior to the site update we had an agenda template starting all meetings at 12:05pm allowing for general announcements before opening the meeting. The template still displays a pop-up asking if the default start time of :05 is desired but clicking yes does nothing to the actual start time now. The minutes drop down box is blank so you cannot manually update the start time of a newly created agenda. Was this changed or just lost? Can this be updated or corrected?

Thanks,
Chanier Brown

This sounds like a bug. Could you please tell us which browser, version and platform (OS) you are using.

You might also like to try reloading the website by clicking on the reload link at the bottom of the page. Occasionally that's needed to get your computer on board with the new upgrade.

Chanier,

I think I have located the source of this issue and fixed it.

Can you please check on your end and confirm that it is now fixed, and let us know one way or the other?

Much thanks!

Hello,
I attempted to create a new agenda this morning. Here are my steps.
1. As Administrator click on "Create New" under Members Only section 2. From the Meeting Agenda window click on "+"to create new agenda.
3. From the Creating New Meeting Agenda window enter date of meeting, select "template 2: CCTM Agenda ".
4. Pop up "Please Confirm", Update Start Time to this default Start time (12:05)?
5. Select "Yes" button to confirm.
6. At the Meeting Start Time drop downs select the minutes option to change to :05. This drop down displays no time selections.
7. Select Save button.
8. Check meeting agenda items in the "Meeting Agenda Items tab.

Note: Default start time of 12:05 did not take. Meeting agenda starts at 12:00 instead of 12:05. Clicking edit Action button does not allow for time change on any agenda item only duration of time but even the duration of time drop down is blank so this is also difficult to manage.
These are my step by step actions that I hope can help you resolve the issue or provide workaround steps to get the desired results.

Thanks,
Chanier

It appears to be a browser specific issue. I generally only use IE for Toastmaster activities but I am running an older version of the browser that may no longer be supported. IE 8.07601.17514.

I have tried the same steps on Chrome v39.02171.65m and it works as expected.

Ok, I have confirmed this to be an IE8 specific issue, related to a bug in IE8: support.microsoft.com/kb/276228

I was unaware of this IE8 bug before. This bug would affect a number of drop-downs for IE8 users that are created by copying the drop-down list from somewhere else.

I have made a fix in a number of places to workaround this IE8 bug for IE8 users.

Please try again and let us know if this resolves your issue.
