Hello FreeToastHost Members,

I admin the website for Club 4976. I am able to perform the basic functions of managing the website, but am unable to explain the issues one of our members is having.

The user was prompted to change her username by the website. After logging in she tries to load the agenda and the loading circle just keeps on turning. She claims that deleting her browsing history has solved the problem in the past, but she did so again and it did not solve the issue.

She says that now by attempting to login she is 'automatically brought to the circling endlessly thing, even before I am able to select where I want to go.'

This member has been using the website for quite a while and is familiar with how it works. If anyone has a solution, or can provide technical support, I would greatly appreciate it. I can provide more details if needed.

SteveTheTechie Offline Administrator Posts: 11526 Thank you received: 3795	She just needs to click the Authenticate button without a password, then check her email for the link to set a new password. The link may end up in her junk email, so she needs to look there for it also. Also, she can click the eye icon to verify that she entered the password correctly. If the spinner starts, she needs to wait for it to finish.

She claimed that this did not work previously. It seems like this is indeed a browser issue. Thanks so much for your help and support! -Chase
