I got a message telling me our website was initialized. But, it does not exist. Also, I do not understand how to login as an administrator. It says to "push the button" to login as an administrator, but what web page do you visit that has this button on it?

You should be able to get to your new website by typing "nnnn.toastmastersclubs.org" in your browser. "nnnn" stands for your club number.

If that doesn't work, please tell us your club number so that we can investigate further.

Our club nunber is 104.

When I try to display 104.toastmastersclubs.org, it displays some kind of dummy page.

So, I have 2 problems:

1. Where is our website?'

2. How do I get in as a site administrator so I can modify/enhance/update our website?

thanks

104.toastmastersclubs.org is your website. You need to log in as admin and start making changes. The login button is labelled "Login as Site Admin" and it's about half-way down the page on the left side.

You may find it helpful to read support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/quick-start-page If you need more detail than is there, the Index Page at support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc should point you in the right direction.

Davis,

In addition to reading the documents, take a look at other club sites, look through the forum posts and do not be shy about asking for help. The documents have been developed over time so they are quite complete, yet not geeky. Just remember that we are all in this together, and are all Toastmasters and volunteers.

Best wishes as you get the site going. We are here as a resource.

OK, it looks like the site is up, and I have admin access. Thank you!

Now, I thought I saw somewhere that there were several different website templates to choose from. Where can I find these?
