Despite the members are registered on the website, their reset password email with the link to change password is not being received by the email address inputted on the website club no.02480500. However, the Administrator receives an updated email of the reset by the member.

Please assist in resolving this issue.

They should check their spam filters and please refer them to the following:
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/e...embers-receive-email

Most admins will be experienced and have already gone through this. It is the newer members that will need some oversight.
