Hi all!

Anyone having trouble with the VPE and TM of the evening, NOT receiving emails when someone signs up for a role? I recently changed the notifications for confirmations, and now it seems no one is receiving any notice when someone signs up. I went back to make sure the settings were the same as before, and the only thing was the confirmations. I still show the VPE and TM are set up to receive these emails. They are saying they haven't received any since Saturday, and subsequently, some folks signed up yesterday. They only realized it when they checked the online agenda this morning. Oops! (Meeting is tonight).

Anyway, curious if there are some other settings I need to change? Or, do I need to enable something else? Or, am I missing the boat altogether?

Thanks for your help!

Thanks for looking into it. They say that they checked spam and didn't see anything. I dunno, but will pass it along to all members to put toastmastersclubs.org on their "safe" list.

Certain email providers seem to grey list us ... so by adding to safe senders it helps prevent that.

I have a hotmail account and I had to do the safe senders to make it work.
