Our administrator is not responding to requests. He has not attended meetings for the last few months. I am the VPE and a member of another club (Unum Club 6906) so I know the capabilities of FTH. I would like to improve the experience of the Hixson Club, 1020697, club members by utilizing FTH to its fullest. Is there a way to change the administrator without the aid of the past administrator? I was one of their club coaches, now a member and this past year we achieved the President's Distinguished award.

I did change our TI contact phone number to my phone. But the email address goes to the FTH contact for the VPM. I believe the VPM contact email is also the same person, or his ex-wife, which is no longer a member. He has not renewed his membership yet.

Can you help?

Authorisation requests to change the administrator go to 3 addresses:
  • The contact person on TI Club Central
  • Your currently listed website admin
  • The President as at the last officer update on your FTH site
Any of them can authorise a change of admin request.

At the moment your club website doesn't have anyone marked as President, and it appears from what you say that the other two are the person who is not available. Your only option is for one of your officers to temporarily change the contact email address on Club Central.

Once the FTH admin change is made you can decide on which address should be used as a permanent TI contact address.
