Our problem is we have a member who does not receive the Authentication Email and it is not going to his spam folder. I watched him go to login and looked at both his email and spam folder with him and there is no email from our site. he is definitely on our site as he does receive our club emails and agenda emails. Could this be a cookie issue?

I see the agenda emails and emails from your treasurer are being accepted, but the server emails all say "service unavailable"

I can see John receiving email from the server and being accepted by inbound.jgraham.org.netsolmail.net. He needs to contact them on why they are not forwarding the emails
