We are new club and I'm attempting (I'm the current admin) to set up the FreeHost website. My problem is that I'm not getting any of the emails to log in to the site.

The email address was change from work to my personal one. I did received the first email (see attachment) on Oct 9 from Admin to verify that a new web site was requested. I've responded to this e-mail; and since then I have not received any emails from FreeHost.

According to Toastmasters International, the contact information is correct (gmail) for the club. What do I do next to get a password to move forward on setting up the website?

I suspect that the authorisation period for the original link has expired. Follow these instructions to request a change of admin:
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/w...-no-longer-available

I realise in your case the admin (you) is still available, but if your email has changed and the change is not recorded on your club website, that is the procedure to follow.
