Many new members cannot login to schedule themselves for speeches. It is discouraging new members from joining because they have heard about the issue. They receive the new member email, but authenticate does not work for them. Help.

Please be specific in who, at least a first name, and Club number

New members can schedule themselves as soon as the Site Admin or the VP.Membership adds them to the system. Remember there is no link between FTH and the Toastmasters.org site, so as soon as your vote the new member in they can be added to the FTH system.

The member has already been added to our Power Speaker Toastmaster site. Club 9309. Toastmaster Brenda Young and Jonathon Homan.

They were just sent a welcome to the FTH website... Once they login and create a password, they can go in and volunteer for any role...

Thank you both. I hope this works. They were both sent the welcome email before and somehow do not receive it. I do not know if our firewall is blocked for some at work. I changed mine to my personal email address, so that I could receive messages. However, most want to only use their work email. Hope this works this time. Both emails said Jonathan though even the one sent to Brenda. I will call her.

Thank you for trying to help us. I will let you know if they do not receive the email. So far, that is what has been the case.

Brenda must not be here today; however, Jonathon is saying that he did not receive an email. I was copied to know that a member was requesting a login, but I use my personal email and not my work email.

In the meantime, Johnathn still cannot get in. Thank you. Tamara

Johnathan was sent the welcome message, but he does not receive them. Therefore, he still cannot set a password or login. What can I do to help this member?

the emails were sent to his work email and were accepted. He needs to contact his IT department and ask what they did with the emails. Give this log excerpt to him to give to his IT folks.
