I have setup this person's email as a member. She did the AGREE for the email so her email is now in the member list. Then she tried to authenticate and set her password and this is the popup she got.
I have deleted her email from the member list and we tried again, and still she can not set her password and get access. She is using a hotmail account. Thank you if you can help me. |

Hi,. Thank you for helping me.
The problem has not been receiving emails. The problem is in trying to be able to authenticate so that she can reset her password and then access the member only part of the website. I am again attaching the message that she received with an error. She can not access the member only portion because she can not authenticate and get a password. Thank you again |
