We are in the process of chartering a new club (7199479) and I've got the club's web site up and running. New members are signing up, but only 1 or 2 per meeting so it is going to be a couple of months before we charter. Our problem is that only the current executive and the immediate past president can be a club contact and access the Club Central.
As one of the 2 club sponsors and the interim web master, I'd like to be the club contact so that we can activate the "Contact Us" feature on our web site and I'd like to be able to access Club Central on the club's behalf so that we show up on the "Find A Club" page. Is there anyway of doing this?

Any member (maximum of 3) can be listed as a club contact on your Club website. See the Contact Form portion of this page: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/email-and-contact-forms. Note you don't have to be a member of the club to be listed on the club website membership list (which is not linked to the TI database).

FreeToastHost is for Toastmasters, but is not part of TI. You'll have to contact TI directly about showing up on Find a Club and accessing Club Central.

If you enable contact-####@toastmastersclubs.org where #### is your club number, and use that as your contact address in Club Central, any contact messages from Find-A-Club will be forwarded to your website contact group.
