As of a few weeks ago no one from our club is able to access our club website as "site admin". I don't know if the password was reset or there is some other problem. It is likely that whoever's email is listed as site administrator is no longer a member of the club. I can be reached at 856-489-6860 (USA).

FREE Toast Host does not provide phone support.

Use the password reset link on the admin login popup

Use the "click here to change the site administrator" option. More info on that here:

I occurs to me that I may not have been clear. Our club is unable to access "site admin". When I try to reset the password for site admin, an e-mail is sent to an unknown address. No one from our club has access to that e-mail address.

We have been a President' Distinguished club for the last eight years and get 10 - 15 new members every six months. We have been unable to add new members to our local website for the last few months and are starting to get a sizable backlog of new members to add. Please let me know a solution.

I have looked up our club contact information on the TI website. It is a toastmastersclubs.org address. Is there any way to access that address without the password? I am reluctant to change the e-mail to someone's personal e-mail.
