I have 2 members that have been added in the last 2 weeks that have not received the opt in email. I am receiving my adm copy of the letters. I have a 3rd new member that was added 3 weeks ago that I am now receiving notices that she is down to 4 days before she will be deleted. I have asked this support team to fix this last week but as of today, these 3 members still have strike-outs and one is nearing the end. Help.!!!!! Don Scarmuzzi 3577689 Warren Ohio Toastmasters

Sharlene and Thomas their records are messed up you have mixed email and numbers in same field. You need to fix.

Brian...Thanks.......I really don't know how the numbers were added into the email address as I am careful with these quick adds and I received no error when I inputted them......but I did correct today by deleting the address and inputting the correct email address for Senediak & Rink and saved before I closed. They look OK now with just the line drawn through now. I resent the opt in emails so hopefully we will be OK when the click on the links and complete the process. Please let me know if I've done anything wrong thus far as well as what to do for Scharf. Thanks...Don S

Brian....Yes I did have her add the addresses in just the way you advised. I also had her add This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. & 3577689.toastmastersclubs.org and resent the opt in email. She did not receive the opt-in email you sent this morning nor any of mine just now. Do you think we should completely delete her and start the process again? Help.....Don

Brian....These 2 emails that she received were the opt in emails I sent from the FreeToast site which I just reviewed and they definitely had no links within the email. So.........it sounds like the issue is that any opt in emails I cause to be sent from the FreeToast site does not have the link feature but the puzzling part is that our other 2 new members Rink & Senediak both received the usual opt in email...at at least responded and signed in to our Free Toast site as a member......I will ask Rink if he clicked on the link yet.............Don

Steve....Thanks....I see that it was sent by my copy..........hoping the link is attached and Linda will click on it. I did send her a text just now to do exactly that or advise me if an issue. The new member Tommy Rink is moving along OK. I still don't understand, while I have the new option to send more opt in emails from my FreeToast site , and it doesn't have an opt in link included. There is an issue w/ Linda's Yahoo email... see the "Service unavailable" status below from our system email log.
She will have to handle it w/ Yahoo... (Have you confirmed her email address as accurate?) Nothing more we can do on our end. Re-sending will not help.

Steve.... I had Linda send you my copy of the opt in that you sent as she never received the original from you. I see that you say she has a Yahoo problem which I don't understand as she has received emails at her address from everybody including Toastmasters International. If the only way to get her into FreeToast is to delete and start again, would that be OK? We can also have her check the Yahoo issue as it pertains only to the FreeToast server ....but a quicker solution would be to send me the original opt in with the link included and I can get it to her. Your direction please....Thanks..Don

I am disappointed with your response as you have obviously disregarded earlier comments about the fact that this member is receiving emails from everybody including Toastmasters International & yet nothing from the FreeToast site is getting through due to a Yahoo barrier.....but just from our FreeToast site. I would have thought that your support team would have asked Yahoo yourselves as to why Yahoo was blocking the emails from Free Toast rather than just refusing to continue to support this issue. To your point, I am done also.
