Hello!
Here is one question.
I created new page on menue on the left and tried to paste pdf file on the page, but failed in it. But, I could paste image file on the page. In order to make text file clearer I want to paste word, excel and pdf files on the new page. Could you tell me how to make it well?

You don't. A pdf is not an image it is a text document in a proprietary format from adobe and you need their read to see it.

You can put a link to a pdf file, excel file, word file on a page.

Webpages are in HTML format and are text and image files with special formatting statements.

If you only want the pdf file to show on the page, and nothing else, click on the "more" at the top of the custom screen to see instructions for doing that:
"To create a link only, enter the URL in the "Your Web Page Content" area and the link title as the "Web Page Title", then select Public, Members Only or Officers Only Access--this determines under which left menu your link is placed. (NOTE: Unlisted links are not permitted.) Keep all other fields blank"

Upload your pdf file in file manager, and use the URL for that file. Documentation for that is here; support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/linking-to-files
