I am creating my first template for our club website. It would be very helpful to have a starting template that can be modified. I am unable to add all of my meeting roles.

I added the following roles:
Presiding officer
Toastmaster
General Evaluator
Toastmaster
I cannot add any more roles or items. The next entry is for Speaker #1. I am expecting to be able to add details for the speaker role but the screen freezes. At this point I do not know what is causing the error. Do you need to look at what is happening?

Pull for create from template and select one of the System Templates

I don't understand your instructions - I don't see "agendas" to select.
I was working in Admin Console under "Meeting Agenda Settings". I cant find any agenda template selections here.

get out of the admin console, and use the Agendas link in the left menu.

I found where I could go in under "agenda" outside of the Admin Console. I began modifying a template. All was well until I tried to modify the text for Speaker #1. The agenda was cut off at that point and the session "hung" -- spinning...
There must be major restrictions on how the Speaker item can be modified. This is where I ran into problems when I was creating an agenda under the Admin Console. What are the restrictions for this item? I was just trying to add a Title into the text.

That is all done by the system, when a member signs up for a speaking roles it gives the space for all the information.

Please read the documentation on the Agenda, what you are trying to do is already a function.

I have figured out how to create an agenda including Speaker #1 and Speaker #2, however, the system is "hung" when I select "agenda" on left banner. It will not close for me. Do you need to "reboot" the site ???

Somehow something got "borked"... :? I deleted the 2 dated agendas you had created (templates are fine), and everything seems to be working fine now. You can certainly try un-deleting those if you wish, but if those 2 agendas are somehow corrupted, you could have issues again. Sorry for any inconvenience.
