Hello. I have one member that is having difficulty with sending e-mails to our club’s e-mail addresses.
We have attempted to use our addresses (i.e. This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) and the core addresses
(i.e. This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).
When she sends attempts to send an e-mail, she receives a message from her e-mail provider saying
that the connection timed out.

I have attempted to adjust the spam criteria and the white list, which helped for a while. However the
issue has now returned.
I’m at a lost for providing additional assistance to the member. I believe it might be an IP issue,
but not sure if it is with FTH or her provider.

The member’s e-mail address is: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

We are not blocking the IP for This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., I do see they are using outlook.com as their mail filter. Please read this doc
