Is there a club level system change log that records every change made to a club website. We create agendas and then the next day sometimes they are gone. I'm trying to discover if we failed to create them, or if the VPE or Admin mistakenly deleted them. And we occasionally have other anomalous changes to the website.

No we do not track what the clubs do.
Please have your people read the correct way to maintain and create agenda. If done incorrectly they just overwrite one another.
There are NO SHORTCUTS all steps must be completed.

You should look into the notification settings for the agenda. This will provide you instantaneous email notifications of agenda changes by members and those who edit the agenda.
