Hi
Our club has been using the role sign up notification emails and love it. However in the last few months they have not been coming. I checked all the settings and my member profile and can't see what i'm missing. I attached the screen shot of where i understood to be the set up.

Any idea of what i am doing wrong, or what changed.

everything looks correct,
since you are using hotmail make sure you read this doc.

I can see the reports going to you last week of November.

Hi
I was not able to add "@toastmasters.org" to my outlook. It only accepts full email addresses like "This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it."

I don't think that is the problem, as i do get the agenda when its mailed out to members from FTH and all other Toastmaster emails from our District and Toastmasters international. It seems to just be the notifications related to the agendas.

Any other ideas?

Hi Ellen,

I am having the same issue. Did your sign-up notifications ever start coming through again?
I reported the same issue with our club yesterday.

I have added This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to safe senders list in outlook. I have checked that these are NOT on the blocked list.

Have checked that my profile has enabled those notification emails.
I still am not receiving role notification changes (tested by adding and deleting myself from roles on 2 future meetings) Previously i received notifications for all members (including myself).
i do however receive the agendas if they are send using FTH "email this agenda" button and if anyone uses the contact us from our FTH "contact Us" link. I also get all emails sent to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. (my current exec role) which is set up to forward to my private email as set up in my profile.

It seems that the only emails i do not get are role notifications changes (currently set up for VP ED, secretary roles & toastmaster role) I confirmed non of these roles are getting email notifications when roles are added or dropped.
