G'day FTH devs,

I'm having an issue with a @bigpond.com email address at the moment. Bigpond are a large ISP in Australia so it might be affecting more users of other clubs in Australia. The emails are bouncing with the following message:
Diagnostic Code: 554 5.5.4 [50.19.253.65] Amazon EC2 not allowed. Please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and provide the IP address of your instance for whitelisting. IB107

I've googled and it's not just Free Toast Host - others have reported the same issue. Personally I think it's a bit stupid but Bigpond are part of Testra which are a big bureaucratic organisation so not sure if we can change their minds on this decision.

I asked the member if they have an alternative email address for now but is it worth you guys emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the IP address?
