One of our newest members has a hotmail account, and she is not receiving the opt-in emails that have been re-sent, even after adding the @toastmasters email. This issue has come up in the past for our club, with both hotmail and yahoo accounts, and only the support desk was able to fix it on a case by case basis, with no long-term fix seemingly available. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

1) when reporting issues with members please provide a first name.
2) The are 2 email addresses she needs to add to her safe list
3) please review this doc
