I am an executive member of a corporate club as well as a community club. This weekend our corporation that almost all our members work for changed its domain name to reflect a corporate name change from a few months ago. This also meant a refresh of emails and I lost some important emails in the changeover, including the email where I had the admin password in. I used the "forgot password" link on the admin screen, followed the link, got in the admin to change the admin password (to something easier to remember!) and got the following error message attached that I'm no longer logged in! Trying to log in with the new password tells me that the password is incorrect.

I do need access to the admin box as I cannot send any emails to club members since my domain has changed and my new domain isn't registered as a member. (Yes I can change my own, but that won't make it reach any club members which still have their Toastmasters address under the old domain as their new domain isn't registered as a member - my intent was to go in and add the new domain as an email address to all members so they can be reached)

Please help!

We cannot assist you unless you provide your club number.

1) your TI contact email address is incorrect your need to change it to the correct email contact address

2) Use the change admin instructions
Changing site administrators when the previous one is no longer available
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/w...-no-longer-available

When I log into TI's club info site for us it only lists one email address, our contact @toastmastersclubs.org address (ie, the one routed through our contact form), which is correct as that is our primary contact address. But on the FTH Admin change form, it lists three addresses when I enter our club number, the contact one, as well as the old domain addresses of the VPE (me) and President, which should be changed to the new domain. How do I change those two when the TI club info site only lists the contact address?

This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. is NOT a valid FTH email address for your club
Please check your admin console "Contact form" for contact email email addresses and activation.

Change the contact email address on the TI web site temporarily to a personal or other email address that you are sure you can receive the admin change approval links at to approve the admin change to yourself. You only need to click 1 of the 3 approval links sent via separate emails to approve the admin change. Once you are set as the admin, you should receive a link to get you in as the admin. Once you are in, go an update the appropriate email addresses to reflect the domain change. If some of your members are using a corporate email address, just update their email address in Membership Management.
