Hello,

When our account was created the ip address linked to this account was incorrectly named "Voces of Los Angeles" instead of "Voices of Los Angeles." Consequently this link 4935291.toastmastersclubs.org/ is associated with "Voces" instead of "Voices" in the creation of it. As the new administrator I was able to change the name on the website the link is still associated with the incorrect name. Can someone in the developer side update and correct it?

The reason I know this is the case is because when I go to our FB account and see how our website is named it's wrong. It reads: vocesla.toastmastersclubs.org/. Even if I correctly add the "i" to the word the link then takes me to no where because it is fundamentally wrong and needs to be corrected on the developer side. Please help me.

Thank you,

Kristy

IP have nothing to do with what you are talking about.

Your site alias is entered as "vocesla"
You have to change it on your site admin control panel.
Please read the documentation.

I was able to successfully change the alias using the instructions provided however, when I tried to update the FB page to the new web url it says that it's not a valid. This is the new url address and it works fine: voicesofla.toastmastersclubs.org.

Why isn't FB taking it?

You will have to ask FB, we have no control over how they do things.
