Our records show that gmail is receiving his emails. I've substituted xxx for the username of his address in this record:
Mar 15 19:32:19 toastmastersclubs sendmail[25568]: 12FJWIre025565: to=<xxx@gmail.com>, ctladdr=<server@toastmastersclubs.org> (501/502), delay=00:00:01, xdelay=00:00:01, mailer=esmtp, pri=122017, relay=gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com. [173.194.204.27], dsn=2.0.0, stat=Sent (OK 1615836739 z22si6060601qki.340 - gsmtp)

Ask him to whitelist @toastmastersclubs.org in his gmail account as per the instructions here
