Entered email for New Member to opt into our club's website. He says has checked and no emails from the Server. This has happened before. Name has strike out line through it (since he hasn't opted in). Any clue how this can be fixed? When does Server send to New Member? Thank you

The opt-in email is sent immediately on saving the address
An opt-in email was sent to his gmail account. It seems that his email address was changed to an icloud address.
You'll need to resend to the new address - select the member and then resend opt-in email from the membership tools dropdown near the top of the page: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/m...nel#membership-tools
