I've reset it for now. Please ask him to let us know sooner if he has a similar problem again. His bounce count locked over a month ago, so I can't see what the problem was.

Your club seems to get a lot of spam mail (which could by why his bounce count reached the limit). It would be worth using the "Crowd-Sourced" Email Black List and adjusting your spam assassin threshold to 3. See the documentation here: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/email-and-contact-forms

I have implemented your recommendations and enabled the "Crowd-Sourced" Email Black List and adjusting the spam assassin threshold to 3 for the club website.
