Hi,
Our club has changed its name and we need to use a new domain name.  We've lost control over the old domain (the former member who registered it is unresponsive).  Is there a way to find out the URL for our club website not using our domain, so we can configure it for the new domain?  Our club is 743, now Sundays By The Sea, formerly Singles By The Sea.  Thanks!

Sure, this is a pretty straight forward change.  (also please refer to our online documentation)

You can always access your website via:
https://743.toastmastersclubs.org

Use that url to access your website (login w/ that url), then just delete the custom domain name from the admin console and save it.  The system may log you out... just navigate back to the same URL (w/ 743) and log back in.  You will not be able to use your custom domain name to access your website after this.  The domain name still exists at your registrar, it is just that FTH no longer "knows" about it when you delete it from the admin console.

After doing the above, you could go register a new custom domain name (you pay a registrar for that) or you could just use a free website alias.  See the following info:
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/a...whats-the-difference
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/d...tical-considerations

You will need to consider all the places where your custom domain has been used.  Making this kind of change is not just a matter of changing it in the FTH website, you will need to consider everywhere else you will need to change it also.

I also notice that you have a broken image reference in your home page, also.
