Thank you Brian for getting back to me so quickly.  It looks like the URL was changed to include 1203 and our club was not made aware of this.

No your custom domain looks to have expired. The custom domain is the responsibility of the club, FTH has nothing to do with its purchase or on going payments. You need to find the club member who purchased the custom domain.

Incorrect!  *Every* FreeToastHost website can be accessed via multiple URLs, one of which is *always active*, uses your club number, and is provided by the system.  Brian is just giving you that URL to show you that your website is still there, but your custom domain url is not set up correctly.  That is why you are having issues with it.

Please review our online documentation for proper understanding of how the system works.

Oh, that might be difficult to do, since so many older members have left the club, but I will try. But for now, is this URL good, or do we need to pay for this URL at some point?

Custom URLs are obtained via paying a registrar such as GoDaddy or similar (not us).

If you do not think you will be able to fix the custom URL DNS settings, I would recommend that you consider using a website alias URL version (another URL you can use) which will allow you to define a more descriptive name than the club number version, and it is *free*.

Club # URL version and website alias URL version are both free and "baked" into the design of FreeToastHost.   The system defines the club # version, but you can define the website alias used for the website alias version.

Custom domain names are not free and must be obtained via a registrar.
