I've had both my name move from current member table to the previous member table on it's own about a month or so ago. I thought it was just a fluke. As admin of members I was able to return it to currant and add my role back in. This past week it happened to our Sargent of Arms. When I went to log into the members page It showed I did the move. I did not do it. More then that, I received an email from a president of another club asking for help which we did. And it showed up in the log on message that she was blacklisted from our Group website. It took me awhile to figure out who the blacklisted person was because it only shown the persons email address. I'm concidering changing our password but perhaps its just a computer glitch?

Sincerely Dona Taylor

1) there is no reason for more than the admin to have the admin password.

2) the access controls allow the admin to assign up to 3 officers per function please read the documentation.
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/access-settings

3) If your people are emailing the agendas out remind them to remove the link at the bottom of the agenda that says "Not a Member"

There are 2 ways,
someone with admin access added them manually
or
Someone clicked the "This is Spam" link at the bottom of an email they sent to the membership.
