Can [TOAST MASTERS]  on all emails be changed to [Toastmasters]Toastmasters is one word, and this would look more professional to our club members, and also take up less space in an email Subject Line where real estate is precious.

That is likely a Subject Prefix that you can change yourself in the Email Settings module.

Hello,
I cannot find any 'email module.' I have clicked on every link available as a member, and every link available as the site administrator. (Oddly enough, only three of the links in the Members Only menu category are available to the Site Administrator. Yet all of the links in Members Only are available to the Member.)
Please tell me where to find the 'email module' so I can change the "[TOAST MASTERS]" phrase in the emails I send out.
Thank you,
Vicki Kohanek

At the top of your site administration dialog box is a drop-down list next to 'Select a Module:'. Steve is referring to 'Email & Contact Forms' in this drop-down list. Once you open this dialog box go to the Email Settings tab.

See the section in this document called 'Subject Prefix':

support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/email-settings

In your site's Subject Prefix box you should see TOAST MASTERS which is why club emails arrive with [TOAST MASTERS] in the subject. You can change this as desired.

If this doesn't solve the issue we'll need your club number to investigate.

The Members Only menu links being active only when signed in to your member account is normal site function.
