Hello,

We have our club Zoom account linked to the This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. (from our club ToastHost site).  Zoom recently added an authentication step that is required to log in and start our meeting.  The authorization email gets blocked by ToastHost.

How can we get the This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and the Zoom IP addresses exempted from the TH3 block?

Our account was set up with the This email address is being protected from spambots. Setting up the archive will forward all emails, including the email which TH3 blocks? Just confirming.

NO
If you use the archive email address (ie a gmail.com address) when you sign up for the service it will receive the zoom emails directly.

Contact zoom and have them change the email address.

Unfortunately, contacting Zoom is not as easy as it sounds.  They now "offer" premium support plans.  Ok, I finally found a general support contact form for Zoom.

Added a new gmail as an archive email.  Also, I generated an email authorization to be sent from Zoom, but they did not populate into the Gmail account.

Thanks for your help.  I'll see if I can get a response back from Zoom.
