Hi Forum
We set up a our club meeting on our calendar as a recurring biweekly event on Tuesdays.  However, every few months the event seems to skip a day to Wednesday.  See attached screenshot.
When this first happened a several months ago, I simply deleted and re-created the appointment, assuming it was a one-off glitch.  But it has happened again, so I thought I better let you know, and ask.
It is one of those things we set and forget.  But recently we had a guest ask if we met on Tuesdays as written, or Wednesdays as per the calendar - so the issue is confusing potential members.  It would be nice if it would be fixed so we didn’t have to go check to make sure it is still correct all the time.
Thank you.

I'm guessing that this has something to do with Daylight Savings.  If you set your meeting dates using the monthly calendar it probably assumes midnight, then adds 14 x 24 hours for each successive meeting.  When you have a time change, the calculation takes you to 1am on the following day  (or something to that effect).
Try using the weekly or daily calendar - that allows you to set the meeting time.  It seems to only break down to the half hour, so for your 7.15pm meetings you might have to add a description (e.g. 7pm for a 7.15pm start)  You can expand the meeting time to show start and end times.

Thanks Pam. I set it up from the daily calendar, and it appears to work.  It has a “7p” in front of the description now (see screenshot).  Can I get rid of that?  And how do I make it highlighted blue like the legend says?

The calendar is a third party program, which we don't have any control over - the 7p (for 7pm) is fixed for the events set by day or week.

The blue dates are built in to the system and show up automatically when you use the FTH agendas.  The beauty of those is that they'll show the time for the location of the user's device, wherever in the world they might be, which is good for online or hybrid clubs for members meeting across time zones.  Agenda documentation is here: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/agenda-index
