Greetings Free Toast Host Gurus!

One of the members in my district has signed up using both of the following emails but does not receive the activation email to complete the sign up process.  She checked spam as well and did not see anything there.

apologies I am trying to help a member of my district, her club number is 787672, she is trying to get on so that she can get access to the site and update accordingly.  I am not tied to the club, she cant submit a case because she cant actually complete set up on her account. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Her club site admin Patrick Verebely would do that.

If she is to be the site admin she has to follow these instructions

Changing site administrators when the previous one is no longer available

Brian any advice, the two admins on the account that are still active do not have access to the email addresses that they used on for that site.   The person I was trying to help did submit the request but the two people who need to respond to acknowledge cant do anything.

If the admin can't help, get her to follow the instructions on the link Brian provided.  The authorization request will go to the contact person on Club Central
