Hi,

I'm the Area Director supporting a club, Southlake Saturday #989.
A current member was briefly able to gain control of the website before the person in question retook control and locked all current members out (or so I'm told).
What I can verify myself is that the previous member/admin did indeed take control back of the club website.

Lawrence Reid, a current member is trying to regain access to the website and remove this member who may have been a founder of the club from having any control.
Can you either help me or provide me instructions to give to the club so that they can go through the process themselves?

Thanks,
Bob

Refer to:
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/w...-no-longer-available

==> As the prior admin is one of the 3 possible approvers/rejectors for the change, some coordination is warranted to make sure that the change is promptly approved as soon as the form is submitted.  Also, make sure that the admin password gets changed.

Note that we can only provide the information... We cannot be involved in any internal club politics or conflicts.

Can the other person who holds the admin still retrieve admin control?
It appears to have happened.  Is there a way to confirm?
