After using Free Toast Host for more than 5 years, I was suddenly blocked from receiving any information to or from my club #2166 for the last 6 months.    I am an officer of the club.  We have tried to fix this problem to no avail.  After reaching out to Toastmasters International, they gave me your contact information.  Would you please help me remedy this problem?

Do you mean you are not receiving email or do you mean you cannot access the club website?

Difficult to say what might have happened/changed but the remedy should be the same; see the Outlook (Hotmail) section in following document;

I can see the email going to you check your spam/junk folder.

I have checked my junk mail and it's not in there either. I have no clue where it could be going! I went in and added the address to the safe senders list as RHTaylor suggested. We will see if that works! I appreciate all your help with this! Someone else suggested they could send an email and see if anything bounced back. They don't seem to be on this particular thread though. I wanted to thank all of you for attempting to help me get this problem solved!

Happy New Year and Thank you! However, it did not show up in either my email, or my junk email! I have no clue where it could be going to. You sent it to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. correct? I'm sure there is a solution somewhere! Any other suggestions of what I may do on my end to solve this mystery?

yes i sent it to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

You can see it in the log entries in the previous post.
Did you mark email from FTH as spam? If so you will need to remove that (you will need to ask hotmail how to remove that).
or

I didn't mark the FTH email as spam. I have looked into contacting hotmail. It just gave me sites to problem shoot - none of them worked. Would it work if I got a new email? I still get things from TMI and the agenda when it is mailed.

If both of those are whitelisted and you're sure they aren't going to spam/junk; check your email filters. Maybe they are bypassing the inbox and going straight to a folder on arrival.

Thank you! I did not find them in any of my folders. However, today I received an email from the server!! Victory!! Thank you everyone for working with me on this! I hope the emails continue to arrive!
