We have a member named Mourad Hasbaoui.  He is not receiving the OPT IN email though I have sent it to him many times.  He has checked his junk/spam.

Nancy,
I just ran a test, which indicates a valid e-mail address, and checked the FTH e-mail logs, which indicate mail was successfully sent and did not bounce.  Perhaps Brian, who's really good with this kind of thing, will have a suggestion/remedy.

He has checked his junk/spam.
 

Also ask him to check 'All Mail' and his filters to see if it's getting archived on arrival and bypassing the inbox.

FTH is sending the email and Gmail is accepting.
Did you member add the 2 server emails to his contacts as per the documentation?
