When I run the Mentoring Report, I see all the mentees that a mentor has had over the years.  Is there a way to "clean up" the report to show just active mentor/mentee activity?  For example, the report shows me with 5 mentees but 4 of these are no longer active.  When I read the instructions there was no reference to how to eliminate old data.  Thanks

The report is showing everyone who currently has you listed as their mentor.

You can remove the four extra ones via the 'Assign Mentors' tool.

Each member can remove mentors by editing their own profile. The site admin can also edit a members profile for them if the member has given permission for the admin to edit their profile. (In this case not all five of them have granted this permission.) But, for anyone with access to Membership Management, the Assign Mentors tool is the best way to manage this.
