Hi
In process of migrating Famous Toastmasters, Mainz, Germany from EasySpeak to FreeToastHost.  FreeToastHost was recommended by a neighbour club (Ramstein).
EasySpeak has a list of members who have replied Yes/No/Maybe for attending the next meeting. We really find this useful.

Searching the documentation has not led to any information.  Could someone direct me to the right place for this, or suggest a way to provide this very useful list that allows us to contact club members who have not indicated if they will attend the meeting.

Thank you,
Russell.

Welcome to FreeToastHost!

This function is part of the agenda system. See the section called 'Attendance Tracking' in this document.

Thank you for your quick and helpful reply, BUT... I can't locate the window with the tabs that is shown in the documentation. I have searched for it both as admin and also logged in as a user.
Screenshot attached: it is the window with the tabs
'Agenda Setup'   'Meeting Description'   'Agenda Items'   'Attendance'
and is shown in the documentation with the Attendance tab selected and the heading is "Meeting attendance record"

A quick note about how to access this window would be much appreciated...

Thank you
Russell

When you are viewing an agenda page, click on the pencil icon to open the agenda editor. This is where you will find the attendance tab. Site admin always has access to this. The reports that Steve mentioned are in the same row of buttons on the agenda page.
