5. When posting a New Topic , please include all relevant details and be specific. When did your issue 1st occur? What operating system, browser, & browser version are you using? Did you refresh your browser cache? Are your cookies enabled? Lastly, a screen shot is often helpful.

Greetings, 
Over the past month I have been attempting to send an "opt in" to FTH email to a returning member to no avail. She is simply not receiving it. I tried to send a test email to myself and I also have not received the opt in email. I would like to request assistance with this issue.

It's not possible to resend the opt-in to yourself. There's no one in your member list awaiting opt-in. (no one has the line through their name.) Your returning member is probably in the Former Members tab and you can move them to the Members tab.

Beyond that, we'll need at least a first name to investigate specific issues.
