Is there anyway someone can help walk me through how to change the rates populating in the PayPal payment links?  I changed the text on the Club website, but the transaction doesn't reflect the changes.  I'm sure I need to copy and past an updated link from PayPal, but I am lost.  The original person who set this up for us is no longer in the picture, and I am as close to be technologically savvy (that is a stretch) as anyone else in our club.

Please read the documentation. FTH does not use Paypal and has no way of knowing what paypal has done since the documentation was created by a volenteer.

Are there any payment integrations that are functional with FTH?

I'm in the same boat as you. I looked at Paypal checkout, which seems to accomplish clicking on a link for a fixed price, but the transaction fees especially for debit/credit card payments are outrageous; it's like 3% plus some other fee.

There are HowTos for setting up PayPal buttons.  Here is the one I used several years ago>   www.marshalls.org/tmtools/PayPal_for_Toastmasters.pdf
  • But, PayPal charges for their service.  If you apply for the nonprofit rate, it is 2.2% + $0.30/transaction.  That adds up.
  • In my opinion, the best choice for Toastmasters International dues is the new Self Pay.  Most clubs will authorized it.
  • For club dues and charges, more banks are offering free Zelle for small business accounts.  Most folks with a cell phone now have Zelle.  They only need an email address for your club to pay for free.  Google is a great option for free email addresses with storage to store club docs.
  • Comerica bank has no fee accounts for non-profits.  Wells Fargo also offers Zelle but has higher min balance of $500 for no fees.  There are likely more Zelle offers if you check banks in your area.
  • With Zelle you don't need payment buttons.  You publish a table showing the prorated fees for each month on your website, and list your payment email address.   All Done.

You always have the option of Cash.
FTH is not a payment processor.
Here in Canada most people use e-transfers to the Treasurer which cost about 50cents each.
