Conclusion is that any and all access must be set by the Administrator. Do I have that right? Thanks Joe Schmitt 672 Beacon of Pittsburgh

Yes, with two exceptions; VPE has permanent access to Create/Edit agendas and Treasurer has permanent access to the Dues Tool.
