Hello,
I'm VP of Ed for the Clackamas Stepping Stones club #3697. I have a member in good standing, John Waters, who is no longer able to log into the club website nor receives emails generated from the website. However, his name is still on the drop down menu in the editing function of the weekly agendas. He also doesn't receive emails sent to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
Our website is steppingstonestm.com
Can you let me know how he can be permitted access to the website again?

Did he try the "I forgot my password" procedure where he just types in his name on the login screen then selects Authenticate/Login?
