One member has been receiving the 'Not a member' message a few times lately.  She is in the active members list, not showing up under the Former members list.  I'm puzzled to understand why, or how to fix it.

Member is    Joy Lardner

Can you assist please

Some email providers seem to click the link before processing the email.  At this time the best way to stop it is to disable the 'Add "Not a Member?" links' checkbox in your Email & Contact forms module (Email Security tab) - see support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/reducing-spam
