Dear Toastmasters,I am following up on my ToastHost request, which I submitted under the subject line: [External] [28676919] FreeToastHost Chartered Club Website Request. I received a notification from This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. on April 22, 2024, but I have not yet received any further communication regarding whether my request has been accepted or denied. I attempted to follow up through the Toastmasters support line with a phone call; however, they informed me that they could not assist and advised me to wait. Could you please help me resolve this issue so that I can proceed with using ToastHost?Thank you for your assistance. EXTERNALYour request has been received and is pending authorization. You will receive an e-mail as soon as it is approved or denied.

Did you use the Charter Club Website Request form  www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/ ?
Please try again making sure you use the correct club number (28676919 is the correct number)  For chartered clubs the process is fairly automated if all of the details are correct.
I can see that the website hasn't been created, so I'm surprised you received an email.  That said, please put @toastmastersclubs.org on your safe sender list  (support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/e...embers-receive-email)
