Some of our members are receiving emails that say "Please confirm you are *not* a Member of Club 4340726" and they haven't done anything that suggests they are cancelling their membership. What is this about and how can we stop it?

Some email providers seem to click the "Not a Member" link before processing email with that link active.  

At this time the best way to prevent this from happening it is to set the 'Add "Not a Member?" links' option off in your Email & Contact forms module (Email Security tab) - see    support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/reducing-spam
