Our Sergeant-At-Arms, Wilf, has for a few months not been receiving any of the agenda emails that are issued using the Email Agenda function.

FTH is able to send him other emails - I sent him an email message through FTH and he received it fine.

An agenda announcement was most recently sent out today at 3:20 AM, subject line "[SpeakersOttawa.ca] Speakers Corner Toastmasters Meeting Agenda for May 28, 2024" by our VP-Education.

How do I correct this problem?

Successful agenda deliveries to his address appear in the FTH email logs.

Please ensure he checks spam. (or other folders as a filter may be active) He also should whitelist @toastmastersclubs.org and add This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to his contact list.

Hi Richard. I checked with the member, he receives agenda emails from the other club he belongs to (777940) but not from mine.  Could the success logs refer to his other club? They send theirs on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Is there anything club-specific which could be causing this?

Hi Richard

I have no idea if it is germane but have just removed the email setting that prefaced server-generated  email subject lines with [speakersottawa.ca]. I will see if Wilf starts getting emails from this club.
