On our club website, I click member login, login successfully and then any member only link on the left menu, for example "Meeting Agenda" requires a login again.
So I login again and then it just repeats the same symptoms. Tried with Chrome v129 and Edge v128. I am using my work computer (Microsoft) so I'm thinking that a cookie isn't getting saved due to some new security policy my company enforced?

However, I CAN login as Site admin and bring up the admin console, but I see that is not a URL, but a CGI call so maybe therein lies the difference?

Thanks, Matt

I've removed some bad code attached to your home page image.  Let us know if that has fixed the issue.

Thanks for trying, but the same problem persists. Login seems to work, but after the login dialog closes and you click "Meeting Agendas", the login dialog box appears again instead. (Rinse & Repeat)

I cannot duplicate your issue.
I log in as admin, and click meeting agendas and I can change and save the agenda.
I log in as Matt, and I can click and modify agenda, click edit profile and save.

Please clear your browser cache and try again.

Cleared everything. Went to my company tech support team and they ran an advanced clear of all browser cache etc. Still the same issue. Appears to have started with the latest Microsoft Windows 11 security update that occurred on Sep 24.  Not all members of my club were affected. I'll try to see why mine doesn't work and someone else's does. I suspect you will start seeing this for more than the two clubs that have reported this issue. So once I diagnose the problem and solve it I'll post to this thread.

1. browser is accepting cookies.
2. accepting 3rd party cookies.
3. all cache and browser history is cleared.

One thing I noticed is that the pop up on the first time signing in asking for permission to use cookies does not appear. Can you provide what setting can affect that?

I have a similar issue when I login to our club's website. I am automatically logged out as soon as I click the member area.  I am able to login as a site admin and access everything. That is the only way.

Interestingly, no. I am not seeing the Privacy pop-up. I went into Google Chrome and added the site to Allow for Pop-ups and Redirects. I cleared my cache. I closed all browser windows and tried again.

It is still not showing the pop-up for the privacy statement. It did show the pop-up about cookies, which I closed and tried to proceed. Unfortunately, after I log in and click on any member area content I am logged out immediately still.

I have found something thru the developer view after logging in to the club website which I will research why this is happening even tho I am specifying to allow cookies for this site in the settings I am seeing this although the alert is not appearing.

<b>It appears that cookies are disabled or unavailable by your browser for your club website.</b>
A cookie is a small file kept on your computer to store information between visits to a website.
<b>Your club website needs to be able to store information in a cookie file on your computer during your visit.</b>
If you do not correct this, you will likely have issues with logging into your club website--
your log in status may be "forgotten" and you may have to log in repeatedly.<br>

I'll try an follow up and see why. There was a Microsoft security update pushed to my laptop on 9/24 and this issue started after that.

It appears this is an included <div> tag that is not active since it also is in the home page content on my mac after login, and there I do not have the same login issue.

Deleting all the toastmastersclubs.org cookies and logging in again did not solve the issue.
Not sure what cookies it should have but there is a difference between the cookies saved on the Microsoft laptop and on my Mac. Attached images - hopefully someone can tell me what needed cookie is missing and why.

@6607  There was a hyperlink to the district in your Main Heading. Links don't work in that field. I don't expect that is related to the issue but sometimes strange things happen when code is in the wrong place.

Any chance you are always accessing the site from behind a corporate firewall?

Same question for clubs 4198747 & 7057227.

Just a (perhaps useless) observation as all three clubs in this thread have all corporate email addresses.

I removed the hyperlink but that did not resolve the issue.

Yes it may have something to do with the fact that all 3 are corporate clubs, but even when I am home with my laptop and not connected to the corporate network it is still occurring.
