My club members and I are having the same issue. At first, it was just a few members, but now it appears to be just about everyone. Can we please have some assistance? Club site and number in signature - thank you!

If you are using a company computer or laptop and it is running windows 11, please consult your IT department as they have control over the settings on that computer. Such as blocking cookies, popups or scripts ect.

I just spoke to our help desk, and they said there is nothing blocked on their end. They tried everything. Are there other things that my club and I could try?

Understood that FTH has not changed, however since this appears to be happening to more clubs, possibly only those using corporate managed computers, what would be helpful to us is to know how the login is managed since enabling everything we can manage through the browser settings (allow all cookies, etc.) isn't helping. I had previously posted the cookies info both from my personal computer and from my corporate computer in this thread hoping to get an analysis of what could be missing/different. Hopefully someone can provide an answer. Also this appears to have occurred after a Microsoft update was applied but that may have been a coincidence.

Matt,

Does your company use Zscaler for VPN? Our club is a corporate one and we have the issue. Our president investigated with our IT dept. and learned that Zscaler made some change. We submitted a ticket about it, but don’t expect it will be resolved soon since it’s not impacting our business. But, we are hopeful it will get fixed.

On our club website, I click member login, login successfully and then any member only link on the left menu, for example "Meeting Agenda" requires a login again.
So I login again and then it just repeats the same symptoms. Tried with Chrome v129 and Edge v128. I am using my work computer (Microsoft) so I'm thinking that a cookie isn't getting saved due to some new security policy my company enforced?

However, I CAN login as Site admin and bring up the admin console, but I see that is not a URL, but a CGI call so maybe therein lies the difference?

Thanks, Matt

Matt, are you still able to log in as admin and make changes, e.g. to the agenda?

Yes the admin panel is still accessible, including any link that uses a javascript to create a pop-up like "Quick Role Sign-Up" still work, but html links like " Meeting Agendas " lose the session's login status.
I suggest a deep dive into the cookies presented earlier in this thread to help determine what mechanism FTH is using to preserve a login session since knowing that could point to a possible solution.

Matt please stop cross posting. You already have a ticket open.

If you are using a work computer please ask your IT department what they changed. FTH is a volunteer run service and we don't have the technical staff to debug your work computers environment.

I suggest until they find out what your work has changed you use a non work computer or your private cell phone or tablet.

Thank you,

Apologies - I thought I was contributing to the same post not cross-posting. I was trying to provide some additional information since many clubs are having the same issue just recently. If I can figure out why it is no longer working for my club I'll try to find another place to share the solution.

My apologies Matt, you were correct in posting to this ticket as you are the one that started it.

Did you have any success from your IT department on letting you know what updates or policy changes that they made recently?

It seems that the issue could be related to a change made by zscaler   Please refer to this post - support.toastmastersclubs.org/2011-10-23...ain,-and-again#93912
I'm not sure if the fix will be applied for all users - you might ask your IT departments to follow up with zscaler

That is what happened for our corporate club. Our club President worked with our IT department to troubleshoot and they eventually submitted a ticket to Zscaler. Zscaler fixed it and we are now able to log into the club website from our work computers.
