I sent out a welcome email to let our club know that a new member joined and got an email alert with the following message.

This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. was skipped because it has previously bounced too many times

Looking at prior posts, it appears that a spam counter needs to be reset however, I am not finding where I can perform that action.  Can someone please help me understand where I need to go to have this addressed so that the member gets these messages?

This one seems a bit strange - I can't see what is causing the bounces as they occurred some time ago
I've reset his bounce count for now - but it might happen again
Please ask your member to set @toastmastersclubs.org as a safe sender (see documentation here:  support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/e...embers-receive-email )
