Hi,

Two or three days ago, I created a new tinyurl account using my This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Unfortunately, the validation emails sent by tinyurl never get into my email account no matter how many times I tried.
On the other hand, the validation email from cognito forms always successfully went through into my email account. I created the cognito form account using the same email address (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.), and only about 1 hour before I created my tinyurl account.

Can you please help me find out what is the issue, and how to fix it?

Cheers,
Alex

You will need to tell us what email address they are sending from as the emaill address or the IP maybe blocked.
We recommend using your club archive email address to send signups to as they are not in the fth environment.

Hi Brian,

I would love to tell you what email address they are sending it from, however, I never received it. So I don't know; nor can I find out its origin IP address.

What do you mean with 'club archive email address'?

Cheers,
Alex

Read the documentation for "club archive email address"
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/email-settings

Use your personal email to signup post the email header of their authorization email, then you can delete that account and create one using your FTH email alias.
